Which countries can we ship to?

We cooperate with DHL, FedEx, and other carriers to ship to most countries and regions worldwide.

Countries or regions available for delivery will be listed on the order input process. We may adjust the list for specific reasons such as a pandemic or other force majeure conditions.

 

How long does delivery take?

  • For the products on sale

Standard Shipping (20-30 Business Days) Fee $4.99 for All Order

USPS VIP Shipping (10-15 Business Days) Fee $8.99 for All Order

 

  • For the pre-sale products

The estimated time required for pre-sale products transportation is consistent with the time required for on-sale products transportation.

We give the expected shipment time on the landing pages. The final delivery time may delay a little bit due to some reasons, and we will inform you of the final delivery time and why it was delayed via email and announcement.

Please be noted that the above are reference lead-time only without guarantee. It may delay for specific reasons such as pandemics, customs transportation policy, festivals & holidays, other force majeure events, etc.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next weekday.

 

Can I change the delivery address of my package?

If the order is unshipped, we are able and pleased to help you change your delivery address. But if the order is shipped, I am sorry that we can not help. So please check your delivery address carefully before you place an order.

 

How to track my order?

A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order here. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.

Shipping carriers are experiencing surge demand in the world due to high demand and COVID-19, and we have seen an increase in tracking scan issues, where shipments are picked up from warehouses by the shipping carrier. Still, tracking labels are not correctly scanned upon pickup by the carrier. Our shipping carriers are working to eliminate tracking issues and delivery delays.

 

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
