We cooperate with DHL, FedEx, and other carriers to ship to most countries and regions worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

The estimated time required for pre-sale products transportation is consistent with the time required for on-sale products transportation.
We give the expected shipment time on the landing pages. The final delivery time may delay a little bit due to some reasons, and we will inform you of the final delivery time and why it was delayed via email and announcement.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next weekday.
Can I change the delivery address of my package?
If the order is unshipped, we are able and pleased to help you change your delivery address. But if the order is shipped, I am sorry that we can not help. So please check your delivery address carefully before you place an order.
How to track my order?
A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order here. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Our cases are made from high-quality materials designed to offer excellent protection against drops, scratches, and daily wear. The image transfer is integrated into the case, so it won't peel or fade with normal use. Plus, our cases are built to be slim yet protective, offering a snug fit without compromising durability.
If water splashes onto the surface of the phone case, and the amount of water is not large, wiping the water stain clean will not affect the normal use of the phone case. However, please do not leave the phone case in a humid environment for a long time. This may cause water mist to enter the shell and affect the use of the ink screen.
Currently, our C1 case is compatible with the iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, 14, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max, 15, 15 Pro, and 15 Pro Max models. Please note that iPhone 13/14/15 Plus and mini models are not supported at this time.
The X1 case is designed specifically for the iPhone 16 Pro Max, and the C2 case is compatible with the iPhone 16 Pro.

Reink Case does not have a built-in battery, it draws power from the phone via NFC to complete the pattern transfer. So you don't need to worry about it increasing your power burden.
Yes. In addition to the pictures on the APP theme store, you can also select photos in your phone album to transfer to the phone case.
The Reink Case uses a four-color e-ink screen, which contains four types of electronic ink molecules: black, white, red and yellow. The screen itself determines that the display effect of blue-purple-toned pictures will be poor. We recommend that you use it to display images with red or yellow tones. You can also choose filters with higher color saturation, such as Blues, Gothic, Lomo, etc. In this way, the final imaging effect will be better.
The Reink Case only draws a tiny amount of power from your phone when transferring images. Each transfer consumes less than 1% of the phone's power. After the transfer is complete, the ink screen does not require power to maintain. So it will not cause any power burden on your phone.

Reink Case supports wireless charging, but not magnetic charging.
We can ship to many countries. However, we do not sell in some countries because the logistics information cannot be tracked there.

You can not cancel your order after we deliver; however, if you want to return it and get your money back, you can reject the package from carriers, as you will also be responsible for returning the package and the returning fees.
